Refund policy
A note on natural foods.
We work hard to ensure the best possible product reaches our customers. While our recipe and process are extremely consistent, there is some natural variability in our products that comes from variations in the bones we get from our farmers. We believe this is how food should be after all. Real food, real simple. Occasionally small amounts of natural (and delicious) fat may be visible at the top of the jar or around the rim. No need to worry, this is the good stuff.
All that being said. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Depending on the order we may request the product be sent back to us, we may arrange a pick-up or simply issue a refund.
To start the refund process, please contact us at info@somabonebroth.com. and include your name and invoice number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or on items that expired outside of the recommended consumption period (1 year un-opened or 7 days opened)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@somabonebroth.com
