Our bone broths vary in their 'thickness' but in general are thicker than a typical stock or commercial bone broth but not 'jelly'. We have found that a bone broth slightly below "jelly-state" is the most widely appealing broth in most cases.
That being said, our Premium "Ultra Collagen" Beef Broth is super gelatinous (semi-solid when cool). If you are looking for a true "jelly broth" this is the broth for you!
