Premium Collagen Chicken

Made with pasture-raised Ontario chicken bones and simmered with parsley, black peppercorn and bay leaf. No vegetables, so the broth is clear and concentrated. 6 g protein per 237 ml cup, about 12 g per jar: twice the protein of our Classic chicken broths. This broth will set into a semi-solid state when cold.

How do I heat it? Pour what you need into a pot or mug and warm gently until steaming. Don’t microwave the glass jar.

How long does it keep? One year unopened on the shelf. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 7 days. To freeze, pour into a freezer-safe container, not the jar.

Is it gluten-free and dairy-free? Yes. No preservatives, no additives.
